Combining the Pilates reformer with mat work, dumbbells and activation bands, the program of workouts includes a variety of exercises to enhance muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and recovery. Each workout consists of Pilates, yoga, or tone and has a slightly different focus, with some incorporating whole-body movements that flow to elevate the heart rate and provide general fitness conditioning.
