To ensure your shopping experience is comfortable, Smithfield Shopping Centre offers customers complimentary Wheelchair and Mobility Scooter hire.

Public and Accessible Toilets
There are four public amenities at Smithfield Shopping Centre.
We have four accessible toilet facilities available in each location. These can be found near Event Cinemas, under Centre Management, the Food Court and Williams the Shoeman.
Taxi Pick Up Zone
Taxi Ranks can be found in both the Northern car park (Coles end) and Southern car park (Woolworths end) with phones available, alternatively Cairns Taxis can be contacted via phone on 13 10 08.
Parents / Family Rooms
To assist families during their visit a Parents / Family room has been provided including a private feeding room, parent and child toilet, and feeding facilities for your convenience. Find the Parents / Family room located in the Food Court.
Accessible Parking
Located close to all entrances for ease of access to and from the centre. Wider spaces make getting in and out of them easier.
