1.2 Promotion Period
Tuesday 7 April 2026 at 9:00am AEST to Friday 17 April 2026 at 3:00pm AEST.

1.3 Customer Service Desk Hours
Entries can only be submitted between 9:00am and 3:00pm, Monday to Saturday during the Promotion Period.

Note: The Customer Service Desk is closed Sunday 12 April 2026.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over
• Employees of the Promoter, participating retailers, contractors, and their immediate families are ineligible
• Immediate family includes spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling or partner

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, eligible participants must:

1. Spend $65 or more (inclusive of GST) at participating retailers within Smithfield Shopping Centre during the Promotion Period
2. Present original purchase receipt(s) at the Customer Service Desk
3. Complete an official entry form with all required details
4. Submit the entry during Customer Service Desk operating hours

3.1 Receipt Conditions

• A maximum of two (2) receipts from different retailers may be combined to reach the $65 minimum spend
• Receipts must be dated the same day as entry, except:
  • Receipts dated Sunday 12 April 2026 may be submitted on Monday 13 April 2026 due to Customer Service Desk closure
• Receipts must be original and itemised
• All receipts will be stamped at time of entry to prevent reuse
• Entries will be allocated to the relevant major prize draw based on the receipt purchase date (as shown on the receipt)

3.2 Entry Limits

• Maximum one (1) entry per person per day
• Multiple entries permitted across different days
• Participants may win a maximum of one (1) prize (either daily or major)

3.3 Exclusions

The following transactions are not eligible:

• Gift card purchases
• Lotto, tobacco or tobacco-related products
• Bill payments
• Laybys and deposits
• Financial institutions and government services

4. PRIZES

4.1 Major Prizes

• Prize 1:
  • 1 x $2,000 Woolworths gift card
  • Drawn from entries with receipts dated between
    Tuesday 7 April and Sunday 12 April 2026 (inclusive)
• Prize 2:
  • 1 x $2,000 Coles gift card
  • Drawn from entries with receipts dated between
    Monday 13 April and Friday 17 April 2026 (inclusive)

4.2 Daily Prizes

• 11 x $100 gift vouchers (one per day)
• Winners may nominate their preferred participating retailer

4.3 Total Prize Pool

Total prize pool value: $5,100 AUD (inclusive of GST)

4.4 Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash
• All prize vouchers are to be redeemed at Smithfield Shopping Centre
• Lost or stolen prizes will not be replaced
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required
• Winners are responsible for any additional costs associated with prize use

5. DRAW PROCESS

5.1 Daily Draws

• One (1) winner will be drawn each day from entries received that day
• Draw conducted at 3:00pm AEST at the Customer Service Desk
• Winners will be contacted if not present at time of draw
• For entries relating to Sunday 12 April 2026, the daily prize draw will take place on Monday 13 April 2026 at 3:00pm AEST, in conjunction with that day’s draw

5.2 Major Prize Draws

• Woolworths Prize Draw:
  • Conducted Monday 13 April 2026 at 11:00am AEST
  • Drawn from all eligible entries with qualifying receipts dated between
    7 April – 12 April 2026 (inclusive)
• Coles Prize Draw:
  • Conducted Monday 20 April 2026 at 11:00am AEST
  • Drawn from all eligible entries with qualifying receipts dated between
    13 April – 17 April 2026 (inclusive)
• Entries are assigned to each major prize draw based on the receipt purchase date, including the Sunday exception.

5.3 Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified via phone and/or email within 2 business days of the draw
• Winners must provide valid photo identification and proof of purchase upon request

5.4 Unclaimed Prizes

• If a prize remains unclaimed after 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw

6. VERIFICATION AND COMPLIANCE

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries, receipts, and participant eligibility
• The Promoter may request additional proof of identity or purchase
• Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, altered or do not comply will be deemed invalid
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into

7. LIABILITY

• Participation in the promotion is at the entrant’s own risk
• The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law

8. PRIVACY

• Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering this promotion
• Information may be used for marketing purposes where consent is provided
• All personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
• Participants may request access to or correction of their personal information

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances
• Any changes will be communicated via centre signage and/or website
• This promotion is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia
