Terms and Conditions
Promotion: Showtime Showbag Bonanza, part of the Showtime Spectacular School Holiday Program
1. Promotion Period
1.1 This promotion commences at 9:00am on Monday 29th June 2026 and concludes at 3:00pm on Saturday 11 July 2026 or when all showbags have been distributed, whichever occurs first.
2. Eligibility Requirements
2.1 To be eligible to receive a complimentary showbag, customers must:
a) Spend a minimum of $65 at participating Smithfield Shopping Centre retailers during the Promotion Period.
b) Present original receipt(s) dated on the same day as redemption.
c) Submit receipt(s) to the Customer Service Desk on the same day of purchase.
2.2 Excluded purchases:
a) Purchases made at Coles and Woolworths are not eligible for this promotion.
b) Gift card purchases, bill payments, layby payments and deposits are not eligible.
2.3 Receipt combination:
a) A maximum of two (2) receipts from separate retailers may be combined to reach the $65 minimum spend threshold.
b) Both receipts must be dated the same day as redemption.
3. Redemption Process
3.1 Location and hours:
a) All redemptions must be made at the Customer Service Desk located in the centre of the mall.
b) Redemption hours are 9:00am to 3:00pm Monday through Saturday during the Promotion Period.
3.2 Required documentation:
a) Original purchase receipt(s) must be presented for verification.
3.3 Validation procedure:
a) All receipts will be stamped by Customer Service staff to prevent reuse.
3.4 Showbag selection:
a) Customers may select one showbag from available varieties, subject to stock levels.
b) Once a showbag has been selected and received, exchanges are not permitted.
4. Limitations
4.1 Each eligible customer is limited to one (1) showbag per person per day during the Promotion Period.
4.4 All showbags are available on a “while stocks last” basis. Smithfield Shopping Centre does not guarantee availability of any specific showbag variety throughout the entire Promotion Period.
5. General Terms
5.1 Verification:
a) Smithfield Shopping Centre Management reserves the right to verify the validity of all receipts and the eligibility of participants.
b) Management may refuse redemption if receipts appear altered, duplicated, or otherwise suspicious.
5.2 Privacy:
a) Any personal information collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with Smithfield Shopping Centre’s Privacy Policy.
b) By participating in this promotion, customers consent to their receipt details being recorded for verification purposes only.
5.3 Modification rights:
a) Smithfield Shopping Centre Management reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
b) Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated via signage at the Customer Service Desk.
5.4 Data collection:
a) At the time of redemption, participants will be required to provide their name, email address, and postcode.
b) This information will be used for promotional purposes and to inform future Smithfield Shopping Centre events and activities.
c) By providing this information, participants consent to receiving marketing communications from Smithfield Shopping Centre.
5.5 Acceptance:
a) By participating in this promotion, customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
b) All decisions made by Smithfield Shopping Centre Management regarding this promotion are final and binding.
